Winter 2008

Hello Friends and Family: Yes, I know.....I have not updated our blog forEVER!! These are some of our fun moments between October and December 2008!! Elisa, our exchange student from Spain has already gone home, but as you will see she is/was a big part of our family. We all miss her and Natalie keeps asking about her. Enjoy .....and Merry Christmas!! Elisa, Natalie and Dallan......the kids :)

Ready to 'trick-or-treat'

This was taken at Natalie's first dance recital!! It was the cutest thing Mommy and Daddy have ever seen! She performed so well up on stage and even remembered some of the dance moves.
Natalie loves Santa......obviously she doesn't understand who he "really" is....the guy in the red suit that eats cookies and leaves presents under your tree....maybe next year!

"I think I want this pumpkin...and I can carry it myself"

So sweet!!
Natalie really thought these were socks for her feet. Chad and I couldn't stop laughing!!!

Dec. 13.....our first winter snowfall. Natalie was helping her cousins, Emmie and Lilly decorate the tree outside at Grammy and Grampy's house.

September 2008

Hello All, We closed the office for a week and met our friend's Scott and Stephani in Lake of the Ozarks. We had such a fun, relaxing time and wanted to share some of our photos!!
I had to share some pictures of homes on the shoreline of the lake. There were 100's of homes like this...WOW and to think they are 2nd homes.

My Little Brother- Born 6-17-08

Hello All, Here are some pictures of Dallan Jay Nielson (finally). Today he is 8 days old and doing very well. His weight is back up to 10lbs 10oz. He is nursing like a champ and sleeping well. He is a very good baby. We are so blessed and happy. Big sis is getting use to him. We are having to work on soft and gentle constantly. With each day she gets better. Yes, we already took him camping. Chad had closed the office months ago so we couldn't just stay home. We all had a great time. Enjoy the pictures and thank you for all the thoughts and prayers, gifts, cards, and emails everyone has been sending.
