Happy 1st Birthday Natalie

Every mom has to capture this moment.

Hello All,

Here is another posting of our Angel Baby. She turned 1 on March 30th. We had a party full of many, many family members (friends can come to the future birthdays). Unfortunately, Natalie was sick for her b-day, but was such a trooper and pushed through the fun, chaotic day. Her newest milestone is walking. She began walking a few weeks before her birthday. It has been so fun watching her overcome the challenges of balance. :)

Natalie felt too ill to taste the cupcake so decided to squish it
through her little fingers....much more fun.

She did try to blow, but didn't have enough force behind it. :)

Family photo of all guests who joined the celebration (we had to take this for the scrapbook).

Natalie was trying to sit on her new car, as well as open another gift, before it even emerged from the wrapping paper. ...my little multi-tasker

So cute...

Natalie's flower cupcake cake....no it is not a tree (like my aunt thought)

I had to post this picture for its uniqueness.

Look at me! I am walking!

One of my favorite places to play while Mom is cooking.

I am soooooo cute!!

Winter 2007

Hello All, Welcome to our Blog...where you see Natalie grow through pictures. We had a wonderful holiday season. Natalie made out very well...she is so loved. She is doing great and very healthy. She has 4 beautiful teeth and with each day learning new ways to use them...some in which I don't like. We are working on that. :) She is trying so hard to walk. She pushes her walker all around the house and looks up at whoever might be watching with anticipation of claps and cheers. She stands alone, but is not ready to take off quite yet. We are all wondering when she might get hair, but we are not holding our breaths (we like hair bows). With her 1 year birthday approaching, we sit back, reminisce and wonder where the year went. What a glorious year full of many cherished memories.
We are so thankful to be able to share some of those "captured" memories with you.

I feel like a marshmallow!! Get me out of this think mom!!

Daddy is doing everthing he can to get me to smile (she must have known we were on our way to church and the amount of people who were going to have to see her in this sweater...:) Actually it is quite beautiful and she did eventually smile. I think this photo is priceless though.

Fall 2006

Hello All: Sorry it has been soooo long. The summer flew by. We have been away every weekend either camping or at weddings. I think we attended 7 weddings this summer. Tis the season. :) Natalie is now 6 months old and doing the "army" crawl to get around the house and office. She will soon be crawling...the bottom is up and rocking. She is also sitting up.....a bit wobbly, but we are counting it. Our exchange student, Aglaia, joined our family in August. She is enjoying high school and all of the fun things we do. I don't think she appreciates the luxioury of an outhouse in the woods.....but maybe with time she will. All is well and we couldn't be happier. Sending our blessings and thank you for sharing in our blog.
Our Sweet Family in the office...working with my Daddy.

The beautiful, spectacular geyers of Yellowstone Natiaonal Park....go to www.yellowstone.net to learn and see more. We took Aglaia there last weekend for a nice getaway. She is our exchange student from Germany. She really enjoyed the true wonders of the Earth. This is an arial photo that I borrowed from the website, because my camera didn't get a great picture like this one.

Natalie enjoying her first solids...green beans - yum-yum!!!

Yellowstone Nataional Park - We saw a bear, elk, bison, river otters, an antelope, and many beautiful geysers....oh, and yes, of course Old Faithful - WOW

Beautiful Yellowstone

When we first entered the park we were greeted with this glorious waterfall.
